ABOUT MINI LITE
ꕤ The Butterfly Mini Lite is the same machine as the Butterfly Mini (Standard) but, with a few less side accessories and pluses that come with the Mini (Standard) option. For example, the Mini Lite version does not include shipping and handling.
ꕤ It DOES include a 5 year part warranty, which is provided directly from the factory. The Mini (Standard) on the other hand includes a 10 year warranty and live virtual remote support, directly from our TEWH staff in Texas. The Mini Lite part’s warranty is factory direct and unlike the Mini (Standard) warranty, parts might be shipped overseas. The warranty only covers the non-consumables and does not include shipping costs or any labor.
ꕤ With Mini Lite you can pay an additional premium to have parts shipped directly from Fort Worth for quicker service but unlike the Mini (Standard), this is extra. The Mini Lite version only offers very limited support during warranty through our ticket support system, email, and videos. However, we do have the option to later purchase Premium Support, that we offer on the Mini (Standard). This can include live remote support, live on-site support, video support, etc., but all sold at an additional premium.
ꕤ The Mini (Standard) and Mini Lite machines are identical. There is absolutely no difference in the 2 machines. Both are 1 head 15-needle. Both have a 300x200mm (11.55 in x 7.75 in) embroidery area and both are capable of running at 1200 SPM. These are both INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL grade machines and not like the home or hobbyist grades.
ꕤ Both models have a commercial 270-degree cap system. With this machine, you can embroider both the front, back, and sides of hats in exactly the same manner as a full-size competition’s model. The Mini Lite machines are small, very compact and easy to transport. They are less than 50 kgs which is about 110 pounds.
ꕤ The Mini Lite version comes with the 270 cap system, a cap gauge and 1 cap frame. It comes with 1 – 100x100m tubular hoop and 1 – 300x200mm tubular hoop Digitizing, Lettering, Editing software with access to our Premium Digitizing Service. USB to WiFi wireless design transfer system – These machines can be paired up to act similar to multiheads, while sharing the same files. Buy many of these to work as a flexible multihead system, a Mini embroidery machine stand, a tool kit and parts kit that come with very basic tools and replacement parts, a manual The machine comes in a box, however with the Mini Lite, shipping and handling is extra.
ꕤ The Mini Lite version is designed to be a very inexpensive introductory machine or, an inexpensive option for creating embroidery, with plenty of room to grow. No need to pay for extras that you do not need.
ꕤ However, if you are looking for a more complete package that has more accessories, support, etc than you should consider our Mini (Standard) or even many of the other Butterfly models we sell, such as the eRobot, Transformer, B-1501B/T (Standard), or SUMO.
ꕤ What the Mini (Standard) has that the Mini Lite does not:
The Mini Lite version will does not include 48 spools of Thread
Premium Shipping within the Continental USA. The Mini Lite version will does not include shipping and can take 2-6 weeks from purchase whereas the Mini (Standard) includes shipping and can be delivered in typically 1-3 weeks.
The Mini Lite version will does not include Premium Tech Support
10 Years non-consumable Premium Parts Warranty backed by TEWH and the factory (Mini Lite has a 5-year parts warranty direct from Factory only, no TEWH support unless paid for)
The Mini Lite version will does not include several tubular and cap hoops. The Mini Lite machines use the Brother type hoops, depending on the size. These can be purchased additional as well as the cap frames which are Tajima based.
