Why TEWH Does Not Work With Pantograms Machines

Pantograms machines are another brand we intentionally avoid at TheEmbroideryWarehouse (TEWH). Over the years, we’ve developed strict criteria for what we will purchase and rebuild, and Pantograms machines—based on our evaluations—do not qualify.

TEWH remains completely independent: We are not owned or restricted by any manufacturer, and nothing prevents us from purchasing Pantograms machines except our own standards.

Our Reasons (Based on TEWH’s Opinion and Industry Experience)

  1. Older Technology & Limited Long-Term Support

Most Pantograms machines available secondhand are older models, often with limited parts support. For TEWH, refurbishing such machines is rarely practical or cost-effective.

  2. Not Aligned With TEWH’s Rebuildability Standards

We specialize in bringing machines back to life. Pantograms units, in our opinion, are not built with the long-term durability needed to justify the rebuilding process.

  3. Insufficient Quality-for-Value Ratio

At TEWH, we choose machines that provide excellent value even after refurbishment. Pantograms does not meet that quality-to-investment balance for us.

Conclusion

Pantograms machines fall short of TEWH’s expectations for parts availability, commercial durability, and rebuildability. Our decision is completely self-determined and based on machine quality—not external pressure.
