Experienced Embroidery Machine Technicians
At TheEmbroideryWarehouse, our technicians bring decades of experience working on commercial embroidery equipment. Many members of our team have more than 20 years of hands-on experience, while others bring 10+ years, and even our newer technicians typically have five or more years working with embroidery machines.
Because of this depth of experience, we have worked on nearly every embroidery machine brand in the industry.
However, there are a few brands that we rarely service unless special arrangements are made.
Brands We Rarely Work On
Some machines require significantly more time to troubleshoot and repair. Because of this, our technicians typically only service the following brands under special service agreements or premium labor rates:
- Ricoma
- BAI
- Avancé
- Highland embroidery machines
- Smartstitch embroidery machines
This does not mean we refuse to work on these machines, but service often requires higher rates due to the time involved.
Why These Machines Can Be Difficult to Service
After years of servicing embroidery equipment across the country, our technicians have learned that some machines require significantly more diagnostic time than others.
Common challenges can include:
- Inconsistent mechanical tolerances
- Unusual electronics or control systems
- Difficult troubleshooting processes
- Parts availability challenges
- Machines that require repeated adjustments
These factors can turn what should be a simple repair into a much longer service call.
When technicians travel long distances for on-site service, that additional time becomes a major factor in scheduling and labor costs.
What We Normally Work On
Most of our service calls involve long-established commercial embroidery machine brands that are widely used in professional production environments.
These commonly include:
Our technicians have spent years working on these platforms, which allows issues to be diagnosed and repaired much faster.
When We Do Work on Other Brands
If an embroidery shop needs assistance with machines like Ricoma, BAI, or Avancé, we can still take the job.
However, because these machines often require more diagnostic time and effort, they are typically scheduled at higher service rates with travel coverage.
In other words, we’re willing to work on them — but the service needs to make sense for the time involved.
Experience Makes the Difference
Many technicians in the embroidery industry primarily perform machine installations or basic maintenance.
At TheEmbroideryWarehouse, our technicians spend their time solving real repair problems across many machine platforms.
That level of experience allows us to diagnose difficult issues that can stop production in embroidery shops.
If your commercial embroidery machines need experienced service, contact TheEmbroideryWarehouse and we’ll help determine the best path to getting your equipment running again.
